In Uganda, the operations of the original composite company were reorganized in 2014 to create specialized entities to comply with regulatory requirements and improve customer service. These entities now operate under the unified ICEA LION brand:
ICEA LION General Insurance Company (Uganda) Limited: Manages non-life (general) insurance business.
ICEA LION Life Assurance Company (Uganda) Limited: Manages life and pensions business.
