• Land holdings: The company maintains a 2,500-acre sugarcane plantation and an adjacent 400-acre demonstration farm.

• Demonstration farm: This 400-acre facility is used to showcase modern agronomic practices for various crops, including pineapples, maize, and onions.

• Agricultural park and market: The firm developed a major agricultural produce market and industrial park (Tirupati Business Park) in Namanve, Kampala. This facility is designed as a one-stop center for the wholesale, retail, and export of agricultural products, featuring cold storage, warehouses, and stall spaces for farmers.

• Direct market access: A primary goal of the company is to eliminate exploitative middlemen by allowing farmers to sell directly to consumers at its specialized facilities.

• International linkages: The firm enlists Indian and European partners to facilitate the export of Ugandan produce through its business parks.
