Fully registered under the Ugandan Companies Act and certified by the Uganda National Bureau of Standards (UNBS), the firm focuses on value addition to local produce to reduce post-harvest wastage and increase the competitiveness of Ugandan agricultural products in international markets.

• Fruit Processing & "Snap Juice": The company’s flagship product is Snap Juice (or Snap Fruit Drinks), a natural beverage made from locally sourced fruits like mango, pineapple, and apple. Since its inception, the company has processed thousands of tonnes of fruit from its network of over 200 partner farmers.

• Commercial Farming: Napas operates its own mixed farm specializing in sustainable pineapple cultivation and high-quality pig farming. Livestock are reared with a focus on animal welfare to support local food security and community development.
