Biyinzika Poultry International Limited (BPIL) is Uganda's leading integrated poultry company and a recognized household brand. Established in 1990 as a small breeder farm, it has grown into a vertically integrated enterprise providing quality day-old chicks, animal feeds, and chicken meat products through an extensive network across Uganda and East Africa.

• Integrated Operations: BPIL manages the entire poultry value chain, from parent stock farms and hatcheries to a modern abattoir and a network of 40+ retail branches.

• Day-Old Chicks (DOCs): Production facilities produce over 1.5 million quality DOCs per week, including both broiler and layer breeds, distributed to small and medium-scale farmers.

• Animal Feeds (Tyson Feeds): Operates a state-of-the-art, fully automated mill with a 60,000 MT p.a. capacity, producing HACCP-certified feeds for poultry, dairy, and pigs under the Tyson Feeds brand.

• Chicken Meat Products (Pearl Chicken): The processing plant/abattoir in Kigunga near Mukono is ISO 22000:2018 and Halal certified, processing over 90,000 birds per week. Products are sold under the Pearl Chicken and Biyinzika Chicken brands through 21 specialized shops, wholesalers, hotels, and retailers.

• Farmer Empowerment: BPIL supports thousands of household economies by supplying inputs, equipment, and free technical support/training to farmers through its countrywide distribution network.
